I purchased this bottle of perfume from the Duty Free outlet in Glasgow airport in October 2019, it was a Christmas present for my wife. She recently started to use it when she realised it wouldn't spray and on closer inspection it looks like the tube is missing from inside the bottle. I have contacted Issey Miyake customer services, and they are basically saying without a receipt of purchase they can not help me. I then supplied them with the receipt I have from my credit card transaction because, obviously I do not have the receipt from the duty free shop, I may be wrong but I don't know anyone that keeps a receipt for a bottle of perfume or cosmetics purchased 3 months previously, I purchase an expensive bottle of perfume in good faith and expect it to function in the way it is intended too. I have explained this to them and even offered to post them the bottle as it would verify its authenticity and my claim is real, it is unused and all I want is a replacement or to be fixed. They are not interested..
